Referral campaigns are usually sent to either clients or employees by email, but they can also be sent through other communication channels. There are several ways to invite your Tinkers to subscribe to the referral platform to start the recommendation process. Awareness can be generated on social media, through SMS, on a company´s intranet and through several other channels.
It will depend on each company and sometimes on each different product. The company will decide whether to allow its Tinkers to share referral campaigns on their social media or if the company´s clients or employees shall send their recommendations to a limited amount of friends.
We offer advice and consultancy in the award definition, however each company takes the final decision. Possible awards are: discounts on a next purchase, gifts, cash, loyalty program points or any other form the company may have to reward its Tinkers and new consumers.
